As a writer of science fiction, I often find it difficult to return my mind to matters of the day-to-day.

I use this blog to provide a bit of a window into my day-to-day world as a person trying to write as well as holding down a challenging full-time-job, co-run a household, co-raise 3 wonderful children, watch as many movies as I can, watch as much football as I can (Australian Rules Football that is), play as much LEGO as I can and try to keep up with reading, computer games and the general bullshit life throws at us all.

I will be giving updates on my current release Bifrost, posting updates on my current Work in Progress (working title: Bifrost 2) as well as running competitions (hopefully) and giving visitors an opportunity to learn a bit more about me.

I live in a wonderfully diverse part of Australia where I consistently fail to keep myself relaxed and am often silly.
